As of May 5, 2020, Titus-Will has re-opened our sales departments to ALL consumers per Phase 1 of Washington's phased approach to reopening businesses. Safety measures are already in place at all Titus-Will locations per State guidelines. We're excited to be back at work and serving you again!


Are stores currently open? Can I buy and/or service my vehicle? Yes. As of 5/5/20, both our Sales and Service departments are open to anyone and everyone. You can purchase a vehicle from any of our locations in person or online. You can service your vehicle at any of our locations. Safety measures are in place per State guidelines.

What are your hours?

All sales departments are open Monday-Friday 9 to 7 and Saturday 9 to 6 Sunday 11 to 4. Service department hours vary by location. Our Ford and Toyota service departments are open Monday-Friday 7 to 5 and Saturday 7 to 4. Our Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, Cadillac, and Hyundai locations, as well as Titus-Will Service & Tire in Downtown Tacoma, are open Monday-Friday 7 to 5 with no weekend hours for now.

Can I buy a vehicle online?
Yes. As of 5/5/20, all consumers may buy a used vehicle from start to finish on www.tituswilldirect.com and we will deliver it to your home. You can start the new car buying process for a new car on www.tituswillcars.com and finish the transaction via phone before we deliver it to your home. (Vehicle manufacturers have specific delivery guidelines so we can't sell them 100% online just yet.)

What measures are being taken to protect Titus-Will customers and employees?

  • Social distancing of at least 6 feet between all parties at all times.
  • All customer interactions require a face mask and gloves.
  • Hands must be washed frequently, and before and after customer interactions.
  • Work areas and frequently touched areas are cleaned frequently and before and after customer interactions in a showroom or office.
  • Sneeze guards in place if available at all points of interaction between customers and employees.
  • Hand sanitizer available and distributed throughout the dealership.
  • Tissues and trash cans are made available throughout the dealership.
  • All furniture is arranged to encourage social distancing.
  • Implementation of Washington Department of Health and/or CDC guidelines for handling sick workers or those showing symptoms.

Do I need to be an essential worker to buy a vehicle?

No. As of 5/5/20, Governor Inslee is allowing new and used vehicle sales to any and all consumers.
