On May 1, 2020, Governor Inslee announced that dealerships can re-open our sales departments to all consumers beginning Tuesday, May 5th. Safety measures are already in place at all Titus-Will locations per State guidelines. We're excited to be back at work and serving you again!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (Updated 5/1/20)


Are stores currently open? We open to all consumers on 5/5/20. Between now and then, sales departments are open seven days a week by appointment only and service departments have reduced hours.

Can I buy a vehicle online?
Yes! You can shop our new and used inventory on tituswillcars.com and schedule an appointment to visit one of our stores. We can do "virtual" test drives and trade appraisals via phone and secure online credit applications. You can also buy online from start to finish on tituswilldirect.com (used vehicles only at this time). Starting 5/5/20, we can deliver your purchase to your home or you may pick up at our stores, all of which adhere to the latest safety guidelines.


What measures are being taken to protect Titus-Will customers and employees?

  • All employees must be trained by a designated supervisor on these guidelines and all relevant sanitization and social distancing protocols, which must be strictly enforced.
  • Social distancing of at least 6 feet between all parties at all times, including in restrooms and during rest and meal breaks.
  • Physical or visual barriers like floor markings should be used to clearly indicate 6 foot perimeters.
  • All customer interactions require a face mask and gloves.
  • Hands must be washed frequently, and before and after customer interactions.
  • Work areas and frequently touched areas must be cleaned frequently according to a dealership-specific developed checklist, and before and after customer interactions in a showroom or office.
  • Sneeze guards in place if available at all points of interaction between customers and employees.
  • Hand sanitizer available and distributed throughout the dealership.
  • Tissues and trash cans must be made available throughout the dealership.
  • All furniture must be arranged to encourage social distancing.
  • Implement Washington Department of Health and/or CDC guidelines for handling sick workers or those showing symptoms.

How will I know when stores re-open for non-appointment visits?
All Titus-Will stores re-open to all consumers on 5/5/20. Until then, we suggest calling the store before planning your next visit.

Am I allowed to buy a vehicle?

Between now and 5/4/20, essential purchases are permitted. The buyer must certify that the purchase is essential for one of the reasons provided below. As of 5/5/20, sales will be permitted to all consumers.


  • Close a pending transaction that began before Governor Inslee's Proclamation 20-25 was issued; or
  • Replace a totaled vehicle, replace a damaged vehicle that is impractical to repair, extend a lease that expires, or provide transportation to essential workers, as identified in the "Essential Critical Infrastructure Workers" list, Appendix to Proclamation 20-25, if the essential worker has no other means of transportation.
